Job Descriptions

• Supervise and be responsible for the performance of all departmental staff
• Responsible for the operation of the building with all its systems and ensure it runs well
• Handling tenant complaints related to building equipment and facilities
• Controlling the readiness & maintenance of building machinery & electrical systems, generators, lift
• Ensure and consistently implement building management plans and regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum education S1 Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field Management / managing commercial buildings
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Have strong analytical thinking
• Self motivated and customer service oriented.
