Job Requirements
  • D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in telemarketing / customer service/similar role, preferably in a supervising role
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to handle objections and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills
