Job Requirements
- D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in telemarketing / customer service/similar role, preferably in a supervising role
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
