Job Descriptions
  • Provide technical support and monitors enterprise-level application systems.
  • Provides human support for helping the end-user understand how to use the application or system and
  • Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Incident investigation, troubleshooting, escalation to 2nd level and identify potential solutions
  • Ensures the operational processes in a business run smoothly and
  • enables users to conduct their business
  • Monitor response time and processing time for each Incident, Service Request and Change Request.
  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance with SLAs related to Incident tickets and
  • Service Requests registered in the ticketing application.
Job Requirements
  • Major in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
