- Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget
Job Requirements
- a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams
