• Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align
• Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget

Job Requirements

• a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams
