Job Descriptions
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Supporting project managers in coordinating and managing project tasks and activities
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in the use of standard office & project management software
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Bachelors degree or above in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or relevant fields
  • Two to three years of progressively responsible administrative or professional experience required,
  • Must be able to work independently in a team with all levels of staff
