Job Descriptions
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Supporting project managers in coordinating and managing project tasks and activities
- Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in the use of standard office & project management software
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Bachelors degree or above in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or relevant fields
- Two to three years of progressively responsible administrative or professional experience required,
- Must be able to work independently in a team with all levels of staff
