Job Descriptions
- Lead and execute end-to-end e-commerce sales strategy, budget, and targets
- Drive sales growth through category management, product strategy, promotions, user experience
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Lead digital marketing execution including marketplace ads and coordinated campaigns with marketing
- Manage platform relationships, operations, brand reputation, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure merchandise availability, strong online visibility, and consistent brand presentation.
- Build, coach, and develop the e-commerce team to deliver high performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- `min 8 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, enablers, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven business acumen.
- Solid understanding of online marketing strategies, performance metrics, and digital campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage
- Passionate about e-commerce trends, market insights, and continuous learning
