Job Descriptions
  • Lead and execute end-to-end e-commerce sales strategy, budget, and targets
  • Drive sales growth through category management, product strategy, promotions, user experience
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead digital marketing execution including marketplace ads and coordinated campaigns with marketing
  • Manage platform relationships, operations, brand reputation, and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure merchandise availability, strong online visibility, and consistent brand presentation.
  • Build, coach, and develop the e-commerce team to deliver high performance.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • `min 8 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, enablers, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing strategies, performance metrics, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage
