  • Rutin menganalisis aktivitas penjualan di setiap showroom, dan menetapkan solusi atas permasalahan
  • Memastikan tercapainya target penjualan, revenue dan profit yang ditetapkan
  • Memastikan penerapan strategi penjualan yang sudah ditetapkan
  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, conducting needs analysis, dll
  • Build and expand a high-quality corporate pipeline and database across Indonesia and Jabodetabek
  • Build&maintain strategic relationships with corporates, governmnt, arch, ID, property, hospitality

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or related
  • Strong network of clients (e.g., architects, interior designers, contractors, developers)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of furniture products, materials, customization, and project-based sales
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage large accounts and long-term projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Highly self-driven, strategic thinker, and result-oriented
  • Willingness to travel and handle multiple client projects simultaneously
