• Welcome and assist customers in selecting furniture products that fit their needs and preferences.
• Provide clear and detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Recommend suitable products and offer design suggestions to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet overall store objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or retail furniture.
• Preferably experienced in Furniture/ Interior Sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Pleasant appearance, friendly, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work on the move and on a shift schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
