Job Descriptions
  • Lead Handling (Inbound & Outbound). Handle all incoming and outgoing leads from various channels.
  • Sales Conversion. Guide customers from initial inquiries through to successful transactions.
  • Chat Management (Qiscus/CRM). Utilize Qiscus and CRM systems to manage customer communications.
  • Product Knowledge. Maintain a strong understanding of product details. Provide tailored solutions.
  • Database Management & Reporting. Input customer data and daily activity records accurately.
  • Customer Experience. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat orders.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and handle customer objections effectively
  • Target-oriented with strong motivation to achieve sales goals
  • Familiar with CRM systems or chat platforms (e.g., Qiscus) is a plus
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Willing to work with shift schedules if required
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English skills are preferred
