Job Description:

- Solves incident and services request base on input from ticketing system
- Being 1st Layer Support for resolving incident/request reported by users
- Provide on-sites and remote support of users
- Registers request and incident form users
- Ensure tickets are created for every request and incident
- To maintain and support SAP Business Application 
- Escalating calls to the appropriate technical/profesional team if problem cannot be resolved and need their helps.

Job Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least D3/S1 in Computer Technology or Information Technologies or Computer Accountant
- Min 1 years experience in Application Support
- Good knowledge and experience using IT Service Desk 
- Good knowledge in SAP Application or Having Certification of Completion Training SAP is a plus
- Good communication and negotiotation skills
- Good Customer Services Knowledge
