  1. Lead the development of innovative Organization Development, learning, projects, and programs.
  2. Initiate the development of the group’s culture, values, management of change, employee engagement and well-being, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.


  1. At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  2. Professional certification (e.g. CHRP) is a plus
  3. Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  4. Required Skill(s): Change Management and Organizational Design
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sharp business acumen, Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  6. Experience in project management and budgeting
  7. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  8. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
